Is there any one living nearby who might be able to access 19th century records at the state archives in Bydgoszcz in Poland??

a bit more info would helpful. Name, Date, Event etc

I am still trying to find out about the parents and siblings of my great grandmother, as per this thread:

It seems that civil birth archives survive for Nakel am Netze from 1874, and that Jewish records survive from 1823 - 1832 & 1835 - 1889, so it may well be possible to find the details, but not much is on line, and I don't speak Polish, which is why I was hoping for a response from an enthusiast located near the archive of Bydgoszcz.
