Which county?

There is an Oldpark Road in Belfast.  :-\ And one in Exeter.

There are some directions here:

(Google tells me that Gornal is in the West Midlands)  :-\

Greetings, and a warm welcome to Rootschat from me.

Many Belfast streets have disappeared under redevelopment so this is more likely than a name change.

I have had a quick look on g00gle for old Belfast street maps and there are many, but not all indexed and not all sufficiently detailed.  You could try the Belfast Forum which has about 25 pages of posts on old street names:
http://www.belfastforum.co.uk/index.php/topic,26349.0.html

Hope this helps.
Philip

As Philip suggests, it looks like redevelopment may have taken the street. If you can find a detailed old map of the area, you could systematically go along the street and check those that run off Oldpark.

Newspaper references 1910 and 1916 refer to "Bourton Street, Crumlin Road" and after this "Bourton Street, Oldpark Road".

Cannot spot Bourton Street on this early map

Great find, hanes telu.  :)

g00gle map has Hillview Road running from Oldpark Road to Crumlin Road - no sign of Bourton or Lebanon.  The map suggests this is now a trading estate (car parts, recycling depot etc).  It does look as if Bourton Street was one of the many areas of housing demolished and redeveloped.
