I am not a member of Scotland’s People and am researching for my daughter, I thought it was pay for view for that website which I cannot afford
You cannot 'join' or be a member of, Scotland's People. It is only pay-per-view, and very modestly priced compared with some similar sites. £7.50 worth of credits buys you images 5 certificates, which is very good value compared to £9.25 for one English certificate which contains less information and has to come by post.

Everything I found for you was free of charge, and you could have found it for yourself by taking the trouble to search the free indexes at SP. It would cost you less than a cup of coffee to look at each of the two death certificates, which would confirm what I found and get you back another generation.

All this information freely available at our fingertips!

Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.
