Unfortunately, we cannot do look ups for the 1911 census due to copyright restrictions.

Have you checked that she isn't with any other members of the family?

The other possibility is that she's in hospital under just her initials. Although as Elizabeth is only 14 she should be somewhere.

Do you have Maria’s marriage details and have you found her in 1911?
A possible lead for Elizabeth.

I am trying to find Kate (Catherine/Katherine),Elizabeth,Charlotte (prob married) and George.
Kate died in 1926,Elizabeth and George-no idea.

You have Charlotte. You confirm her marriage to Arthur Oscroft.

Here is Maria. You write that you have her as married.

Who is Lizzie Dowd, niece? Could she be Elizabeth?

Family Search is very useful too. You have to register now - probably to see the links I have given you - but it is free.

Free BMD shows a possible marriage for Elizabeth Dowd - 1919 to John W Morris.

You have Catherine snr’s death in 1926. Where did she die? Who was the informant?

You would have them then except for George who is possibly not of the family and Catherine/Kate’s whereabouts in 1911. Is that right?

Do you have Catherine’s death certificate? That may help.
