I've done the 1904 and 1905 births for Alexander Miller in Wick and he's none of them so will keep looking.  Still don't know when Alexander Miller senior died but will keep ploughing away thanks everyone for your help :).

there's also an Alexander miller born 1903 in Wick To many Millers
