The only one for that area (Stroud is the registration district for Painswick) is this one from Freebmd.

This is the nearest in age for Mary ( from the GRO site)

JONES, MARY       61     
GRO Reference: 1848  M Quarter in STROUD 
Volume 11  Page 410

She's not the Mary Ann who died in 1851 as she was only 8 years old.

Painswick burial for Mary Jones aged 61 years, Abode: Edge (near Painswick), buried 3rd March 1848.

No burial for Thomas between 1851-1871.
