Yes,more than likely to be Brighton seafront.These ladies would have travelled from the Wiltshire area by coach on a day trip,the person extreme on right is my mother.
I came across this photo when emptying out my house recently,the obvious place to me was Bournemouth/ Boscombe or Weymouth,but had ruled all out.
