« on: Tuesday 16 January 18 00:26 GMT (UK) »
Does anybody know if I could access old hospital records about a family member who is now deceased, they were  in Tilbury Hospital for a few years as a child from about the age of 3 with bad hips and was in traction’s the hospital has been gone for many years now.
Any idea where to start
Thanks in advance

It is likely that you will not be able to see these records.  Access is often restricted/denied to records under 100 years old

A long shot but this website has records from a specialist hip hospital in London. Could she have spent time there?

I've found a few of my 'little Londoners' on that site but noticed a few patients with addresses 'out of town'.
