Information for William Anderson born 1813

I found a record of William Anderson b. 16/05/1813, registered at Paisley High Church.
Parents James Anderson and Margaret Bowman.
Does any one have information on this William Anderson?

If he is not found - have you looked for a death before 1841?

I found this person in a family tree a couple of years ago.
The owner of the tree has not returned my e-mail and may not be a member on the site I found it on. I am also no longer a member on that site.

My ancestor is William Anderson born about 1813, based on the 1841 census, and based on  educated guesses by others trying to find the same William. 1813 is an estimate because it appears William and spouse Janet's (shown in 1841 census as Mrs. _) ages are reversed.

All we seem to know for certain is that William died before his son was born 1846.
No positive record of his death has been found.
The birth record for son William states his father is deceased.
The 1851 census for the family states Janet Anderson is a widow and the will of Janet's father dated 1858 states William is deceased.

I am trying to verify if the William born in 16 May 1813 has a connection to my ancestors.
