I only know her husband's name was Herbert Wilcock.

The marriage details on the GRO index do not give a middle initial for Dorothy.  There are 3 Dorothy Stanleys birth registered in March qtr 1907 which could also be her and registered late. 

Dates of birth on the 1939 are not guaranteed to be accurate

Well at the moment I Have found a Judith Dorothy Stanley registered in the last quarter of 1906 in Gloucestershire and a Dorothy Stanley registered on the last quarter of 1906 in Ireland so I think it still comes down to the marriage certificate
