The Swan and Nest public house Completed
« on: Tuesday 16 January 18 15:47 GMT (UK) »
I have just found in my genealogy research that an ancestor of mine left in his will the public house The Swan and Nest in Wellingborough.  I know that in Silver Street there was a pub called The Swan but I am sure there was once a pub called The Swan and Nest.  Does anybody know if I am correct or not?
If I am correct do they know where it was situated?

Thankyou

This puts the pub at the junction of Alma Street and Cannon Street

Thank you all for your responses.  So my gut feeling was correct it wasn't the one in Silver Street.  Passed The Cannon times and will now look at it differently!!
