Margaret’s residence is Cordivan on marriage.
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/marriage_returns/marriages_1889/10743/5917374.pdf

There is a marriage for Mary McCord to Moffat McCormick and she is also from Cordiven

https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/marriage_returns/marriages_1878/11119/8070530.pdf

It could well be that they are sisters or that Cordiven has lots of McCords but worth noting.

Death of John McCord of Cordiven - informant his son in law Moffat McCormack

John McCord in Calendar of Wills

http://www.willcalendars.nationalarchives.ie/reels/cwa/005014905/005014905_00291.pdf

Sarah McCord in Calendar of Wills

Just want to add a note of caution that these may not be Margaret’s parents but as I said, worth noting.

Sarah was born in Longford too (I think) in 1892 to John Twaddle and Margaret McCord. But beyond that, I'm stuck as there is not much information to go on.

Is there any other sites that specialise in irish genealogy that I can use to help or any other ways of finding info?

Thanks,
Fiona
