  Christian . . . Do you know the story of the ring on the chain round her neck?  Is it a ring, or a pendant?    I can't decide.  Might even be a cameo, maybe?

It's a double sided Victorian picture locket Wiggy.....I have one in rose gold that I got for my 40th birthday   ??? ??? ??? years ago  ;D mine is rose gold.
