I guess that as it says Susanna was born in Swineshead, then its likely Elizabeth (Pack) Rennales died in Swineshead as she seems to have died in the post partum period when Susanna was a few days old. No proof though.

as an offshoot from the Mumfords I see you have a family Knighton in your tree. I have an Elizabeth Knighton b.1718 Eaton Socon and family of Houghton in Pertenhall, 1694?

It's possible that there is a connection, but I can't see one based on the information I have right now. My Knightons were living in Winwick, Huntingdonshire at that time.
