Marriage in Cambridge William Barton and Mary Smith
« on: Saturday 20 January 18 20:19 GMT (UK) »
Hi

I wonder if anyone can help please I have an ancestor who appears in the baptisms Index as taken place in Cambridge, no parish mentioned on the 2nd July 1758. Because Barton is quite a common name in Cambs and Mary Smith is even mores difficult, I need to find where th marriage too place and maybe particularly with Philimores there might be an indication of where they came from.

Any help would be gratefully accepred.

Kind Regards

David

Hi David

Boyds Marriage Indexes just have the marriage taking place at Cambridge St Mary the Less. Also the letter 'w' appears after William Bartons name - he was a widower and had been married before.
