Could someone look up William Poulton, born abt 1832 in the 1841 and/or 1851 census please? Many thanks

Do you know his parents names?

1851 Great Waltham, Essex.
William Poulton  b 1833.  father James,  mother Elizabeth.

1851 Great Bentley, Essex.
William J Poulton.  b 1833. Weeley, Essex.  Aprentice.

Thank you for your reply. I know that William was born in Great Waltham and I have just started a new thread to confirm whether the parents were James and Elizabeth or William and Elizabeth, so your first result may refer to him. Could you give me any more details from that return please?

Does the other return state the parents' names? If so, that might help eliminate one of the couples.

The William J Poulton is living with the Mawby family so no parents names.

There is also a William POULTEN born c1834 at Great Waltham apprentice blacksmith on Howe St, Great Waltham in the 1851 ( with Joseph and Hannah DENNEY) HO107/1776 / 261 pg 35.

There is also a "Praed" (?) William POULTON bap 13 Oct 1833 at St Martin Little Waltham, parents William (labourer) and Mary Ann of Little Waltham.
