Marriage Certificate... Please help me

I have a marriage certificate between Thomas Withers and Sarah Gray, that I am struggling to read. I can read the names of the couple, their ages and their marital status but I'm struggling with everything else. If anyone can help with the rest of it, I would really appreciate it.

I do have the full certificate but have cut it down so that it will fit as an attachment. Everything else on the certificate, I can read. However the right had side is exactly how i received it, via email, with some cut off.
