I had a go this evening, it's a bit puzzling because it clearly says Honora is from the parish of Moyne but  I couldn't find anything.
Two possibilities come to mind the parish boundary could have changed so it could be a neighbouring parish or the name has fallen out of use.

I had this problem with a townland which only appeared on one family's records, I did find generally where it was because they had a mill and the family were remembered locally but I never found it on any map.

Hi

You asked
... to Honora RYAN of K........ ?    in the Parish of Moyne.
Kilkenny  in the Parish of Moyne

In the presence of  >

       ... ? ...    RYAN ?,  Lisheen ?

it says.........
Thomas MULLOWNEY of the Parish of Thurles Certified by the Rev. James Healy are joined in marriage by the Rev Patt Ryan to Hanora Ryan of Kilkenny in the Parish of Moyne in the presence of Rev Ryan, Lisheen and James Mullowney of Kilkenny and then Rev Patt Ryan signed it.

Looks like they were not from the Parish and it's a way of letting their Parish Priests know they have been married.
I do have some letters of Freedom, also some entries in Parish Books have underneath a Baptism record, when and who they married.

Thanks again Sinann.  :)       I'll try searching a little further afield.
Appreciate your help.

Hi Maggsie

Thank you for your help.   :)

[Just wanted to clarify though that I didn't add the word "Kilkenny" in my original request.  ;) ]
... to Honora RYAN of K........ ?    in the Parish of Moyne.

In the presence of  >

       ... ? ...    RYAN ?,  Lisheen ?

James MULLOWNEY of K........  ?

and,  Patt.  Ryan from ......   ?

it says.........

Mmm ... my guess was that the last name (of the witnesses) on the marriage record > Patt RYAN" > was probably the father of the bride ?  ;)  [I do know from later records that Honora was the daughter of a Patrick RYAN. ]

Appreciate your help.

Hi All

What it says exactly is

Thomas Mullowney of the Parish of Thurles certified
by the Revr. James Healy ,was joined in marriage by
the Revr Patt Ryan to Hanora Ryan of Kilcluney
in the Parish of Moyne in the presence of Wm Ryan
Lisheen, and James Mullowney of Kilcluney and Patt Ryan
from Do place  (same place ie Kilcluney)

The modern spelling is Kilclonagh which as  well as being a townland is also a Civil Parish for Tithe Applotement purposes
Unfortunately we have to go all the way to Co. Galway to find this lovely townland
http://titheapplotmentbooks.nationalarchives.ie/search/tab/results.jsp?surname=&firstname=&county=&parish=&townland=kilclonagh&search=Search
where you can find the widow Malowny in 1828

We have to go to Cork to find the Parish of Clonoulty and a Parish of Carrigparson beside me in Limerick you will find in Co. Wexford ( sometimes I wonder)

The Ryans have a fine few plots in Lisheen but you will find them in Liskeen
http://titheapplotmentbooks.nationalarchives.ie/search/tab/results.jsp?county=Tipperary&parish=Moyne&townland=Liskeen&search=Search

I can see why one would think Kilkenny as it is just across the fields.

Thomas and Hanora come from two different places.
Thomas from somewhere in the parish of Thurles
Honora from somewhere in the parish of Moyne.
