According to the death of John Henry Mander in the Macclesfield District in 1995 he was born 27.09.1918.I'm unable to find his birth though?

There's a John H Mander registered in the Dudley District, Dec qtr 1918, mother's maiden name Major - from FreeBMD.

Ancestry seem not to have been able to read the surname, and have it as Man?? - I found it by just looking for the forename John, and using the quarter and reference number given by FreeBMD.

You can also find it at Ancestry by searching with a wildcard - Man*
