Police Records
These contain details of mostly minor criminal offences such as theft or breach
of the peace.  They are divided into two forces, Perth & Kinross County
Constabulary and Perth Burgh Police and comprise a variety of records ranging
from criminal activities to descriptions of prisoners.  The police records also
contain details of policemen employed.
Many of these records are subject to a 100 year closure for reasons of
confidentiality, although in some cases Archive staff may search for an
individual on your behalf.  Data protection legislation also applies.

I think you might have to use the Enquiry Service or go there yourself.
