CdV for dating. Yet more crinoline ladies (plus dog!)

Am I right in thinking that this CdV is early-mid 1860's please?

It came from the same collection as this one

and is clearly taken outside the same doorway.

The r-h edge and bottom edge have been trimmed, but judging by the top l-h corner it originally had square corners.

The standing woman's outfit appears to incorporate 'bishops sleeves' as mentioned by jim in the previous thread as going out of fashion early-mid 1860's

The younger lady looks very like the last but one CDV in the light coloured crinoline.

Probably doesn't help much, but the dog looks like an IRISH Water Spaniel.

Wouldn't want to put you off the scent though!
