Help with restoring old Farm House!!

I am trying to Research the history of a Farm House where I grew up in the 1950's in Westmorland.
I have got quite a few things like sale notices etc from the Archives in Kendal.

In the early Census's it was 3 Cottages but in the 40's & 50's there was one cottage and the other two were one farm house. It is over 400 years old. Had very thick walls,  damp with flagged floors and was cold as ice in winter!!!
I have some photos but these two when I blow them up have black dots.
Can anyone help take these out please.

The first one has multiple black dots but the second one really only has one right in the middle!

Thank you so much for restoring the photos.
So pleased as they mean a lot to me as I grew up there.
I liked the colour ones too. They have reminded me that the two doors in the house were a fairly dark green and round the windows was a very light cream. The front garden was wild with the tallest lupins I have ever seen or was it because I was just young they seemed so tall!

My mother wouldn't move in to the house before we had a bathroom installed. All the paintwork inside was a very dark brown so she had it all painted white and it looked so much lighter, cleaner and better.

In the photo with the view - the hills are the Pennines. At the bottom of the fields was our Hen houses. All the farm buildings have now been converted into cottages. I hope they put a damp course in.
