Having looked at their source for the 1882 and 1888 births, it is the death in 1940 aged 52 (though one of them needs to brush up on their math).  They don't actually have any reason to think that he was a lot older than 20 when he married.

Do you know if the parents of Stanley Henry born 1907 were actually married?
Mother's maiden name Smith on the new GRO birth index, ditto younger brother George.
I mean, if Stanley were to disappear using the name Smith he could be quite hard to find!

There's George Jesse Bone, also from Hampshire, similar age, and in the same line of work, greengrocer/fishmonger/hawker, with wife Florence in Deptford in 1901. The free index to 1911 suggests he wasn't at home with Florence and family on the night (.where was he?) But there is a baptism of a Harold Edgar to those parents in 1913.
On the other hand, electoral registers just after WW1 have Jesse George Bone and Louisa Grace Bone at 35 Coldbath Street. Which you could perhaps compare with the address of George, Louisa, Stanley in 1911.

I know nothing of his parents as it was his wife who was my ancestor.

I think you may need the marriage certificate to give us some idea as to the occupations of Stanley and his father.  The witnesses may help too.  Adelaide was born March 18th 1904 so would have been 3 years older than the 1907 one.

As you have the date of the marriage & church maybe someone can look at it for you

Had contact from a family member of Stanley who said that he had a relationship with another lady and had 2 children with her and dod given as 1954. Suppose that he and Adelaide must have divorced?
