Hi,

I am looking for any information on John Higgins or Margaret Barlow (b: Nov 1864) as I have hit a brick wall with the Higgins line.

We need more information to be able to help you.  Are they a couple  :-\ 

If so where and when did they marry.   What information does the marriage give

Need more information but here is a birth record for a Margaret Barlow Nov 1864 father Andrew mother Catherine Rafferty/Raffery.
