Looking for images/photos of Northampton Road and houses, leading into or out of the Village, pre 1940's.

Thanks very much, but the FB pages/images are not very helpful.

You might like to try contacting the Discover Centre at Northampton Central Library. Researching there some years ago I found they had boxes/files of old photographs of most of the towns and villages in the county. Can’t promise they’ll have what you want but it may be worth a try.

I found an 1884 map from the Francis Frith collection, which gave me my answer.

Thanks very much for the suggestions. :)
