Croi(y)sdale - Joseph, Ann, Lot & Mattheew

I know all four of these were born in Yorkshire but I believe they went to Australia aboard the 'James Baines' from Liverpool which arrived in Melbourne 25 March 1857. 

Family were:

Ann (wife) b. 1821
Lot (son) b. 1846
Matthew (son) b. 1848

If anybody could update on what happened to them in Australia that would be great please.

The i and the y in the surname seem to be interchangeable.

This CROYSDALE family had a daughter in Melbourne in 1858 who lived only 7 months. Birth Reg #5712 and death Reg #162
Lot married in 1868 Reg #1774 and had a large family.

The Victorian Rates books show Lot CROYSDALE owned property.

From   1874 to 1979 he paid rates on a wood house in Duke Street, Abbotsford.
He was a carter.

The Australian City Directory, Victoria shows him in 1882 at Denmark Street Kew.
1893, 83 Bridge Street, Yarbg Rd.

His death to match the burial above.
