can anyone help with finding mothers maiden name or a connection to the family name 'Hayes.'

Question is a bit vague.
Do you know her father's name?
Where did you get the date?

There is a Kate baptised on the 20th to Thomas Murphy and Kate O'Connell

Registration District :    Macroom

Catherine Murphy was a Sister based in Sheffield England.  Her date of birth 6 June 1876 was on the National 1939 Register.
(She died in Sheffield in 1969)
