Now I am back, I had to sleep for a couple of hours. After all, it's 6:33AM in Sweden :)

You have been able to find really relevant information! How strange that she are buried in her parents grave, when she and Hans still where married when she died.

Hmm, I don't find anything on Google on Bromurside. There is a farm chemical that is named Bromicide, could that be it?

Edit: I saw your post now cando. I will Google that.

Do you have old hospital records anywhere in Australia? Where are they stored in that case?

Is it safe to assume that the birth of Barbra happened at St Vincent's hospital in Sydney if they lived on Liverpool Street? It seems to be the closest hospital.

Legally Hans and Jean would have been classified as married even though they MAY have been living apart.

Jean is not buried in her parents' grave.  Her mother is buried with her as she died four years after Jean.

How old was their dau when Jean died?   You really shouldn't be naming their daughter as it is possible she may still be living.  Rootschat has a policy of not naming persons who may be still living.

She must have been around four-five years old. She was born in August 1954 according to letters from Hans to my grandmother.

Also according to my father, the daughter is dead, she died in cancer but I don't know when. And I don't know what name she took when she married.

Oh that's sad Erik.  So many of our records in Australia are restricted for many years to public access.  This may prevent others from helping you much further.

We know that the daughter had a son though, so if we only can track her husband's name in some way, the track could continue. I guess I have to buy the death certificates.

Sue there a many news items about him.  He was a book makers assistant according to some.  I didn't bother listing them.  I doubt his real given names were Leslie Robert anyway.  Just a hunch.
