Perhaps someone with knowledge of the area can advise whether Stoke Prior could be a place of baptism for residents of Stoke Lacy

Residents for Stoke Lacy were extremely unlikely to be baptised in Stoke Prior unless they originated from there

The parish records are also held in Bromyard at the Local History Society Research Room.  These are the parishes that their records cover http://bromyardhistorysociety.org.uk/parishes   I live a few miles away and can go in and check the records later this week

Had a look at the parish records this morning and sadly no sign of Sophia or her brother George.

The only Thomas baptism about the right time with father John was Charlotte Thomas  bapt 7 Jan 1815 with parents John and Mary.   Her father was a labourer..

Pre 1815 there were baptisms with parents John and Mary for William 1800, Mary 1803, Jane 1805 and Ann 1807.

Post 1815 there were baptisms with parents John and Mary for Ellen Lucy 1829, Emily 1831 and Josephine 1833 but their father was a Clerk living at Stoke Lacy Rectory.   By 1841 this family minus father were living in Shelsley Beauchamp, Worcestershire and the children are in school in London by 1851

Also looked for marriages in the parish that might help but didn't find any sadly.   Sorry not to have more success
