i am try to find more information on harry henry moore Guardsman
Army Number    2734852
Regiment    Welsh Guards
POW Number    9979
Camp Type    Stalag
Camp Number    344
Camp Location    Lambinowice    born 1920 thurnscoe yorkshire died 1993 to see if he was in any other camps, also have been told he escaped ,so any thing about that would be great cheers

Well, the MoD will have his wartime records. You can apply for them  https://www.gov.uk/guidance/request-records-of-deceased-service-personnel

The International Red Cross may also have a record for him, which can be requested. https://www.icrc.org/en/archives

 If he was repatriated to UK, then he may have completed a debrief .  That will be located in Kew.

all i know was he was in the welsh gaurds think escaped about 1944 cannot find him on the list of escaped men
