Toward point lighthouse area
« on: Wednesday 31 January 18 21:59 GMT (UK) »
My 4x gr grandparents lived at the aforementioned in the 1830-1845 approx. Were there records kept of residents. They were James and Catherine McIntyre as he was a shepherd and lived in one of the cottages there. It showed up in the 1841 census. Nothing more than curiosity as it such a pretty area I just decided to see what I could find out.

If you look for them on FreeCEN, you can click on buttons to see all the previous and subsequent households in the enumeration book. That will show you the people of the immediate area in 1841, including those at the lighthouse.
