Yes I think that is about right. So the census are of no help. Could of got married after the 1851 census if you go according to the children's birth dates.

So you now can see my problem

It does look as though that marriage could be theirs

That is the only marriage I also found for those names. Maybe I should just order it.. 
I thought woman usually got married at their parents, so if she was born in Tipton it does not mean her parents continued to stayed there. They could of moved to Kidderminster area.

I did see some info for Edward Rogers at Worcestershire, have to look at these place now.

Marriages often took place where the bride was living at the time, she could have been working in the area.

That is a possibility I will have to look into that as well.

I did find a Sarah Corbett b. abt. 1831 in the 1851 census working as a house servant in Dudley, Dudley road. Unmarried and born in Tipton. She was working for  John Hughes and Sarah Hughes.

There is a baptism for a Sarah Corbett 28.10.1832 St Martins, Tipton parents George and Mary of Great Bridge father a labourer

Think you will need the marriage certificate to confirm it further

The only male Rogers marriage with a female Corbett on the same page in Staffs is as shown above by Rosie

GRO maiden name search shows possible other children born to the couple who may have died in infancy

Thomas Sept qtr 1856 Dudley

Hannah Elizabeth Dec qtr 1854 Dudley

Then in Wolverhampton

Jemima Dec qtr 1855 - possible death 1857 or 1861 as Jamima
Sarah March qtr 1854 - could have been born Dec 1853 and birth not registered until after Christmas
Matilda Sept qtr 1858
Esther June qtr 1860

On FreeREG Ann Eliza born 29.10.1852 baptised 19.11.1854 St Thomas Dudley parents Edward and Sarah Edward's occupation listed as stock taker

Only baptism I can find so far

Now found Hannah Elizabeth 26.10.1854 baptised 19.11.1854 St Thomas

The children born in Dudley work out better.

Unless Elizabeth Rogers was a twin  to Jemima
Or Elizabeth could of been born in 1854 and not 1855
