There's a Hugh Quinn, widower, carpenter on the 1911 Census for Killeter, Longford. However, the age is 71 while the death cert. shows 65?

The dot of the second "i" is next to the "5"  in 15.

but only 55 in 1901.

Agree - it's thirtieth. There's not enough letters for thirteenth.
