« on: Friday 02 February 18 20:33 GMT (UK) »
wondered if anyone can help this is the only copy of the photo i have and is of my late grandfather he was up in shetland buying fish alot of years ago not sure of the date but maybe the car would tell approx time. This is my grandmothers favourite photo of him, wondered if it is possible to improve it as its not the sharpest and has maybe discoloured with age.

i would appreciate any efforts made

This Morris Oxford model would be around 1963. The tail fin rear wings had gone but the reg is pre 1964.

One from me.
We used to have an Austin Cambridge the 1960s a very similar car, I believe they were the same company.
If you enlarge the photo it looks as if the man walking behind the cages, has got a cat on his shoulder. ::) There is also another cat shaped object on the dockside, but I think it could be too big for a cat.
