Potentially his parents and siblings http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/reels/nai001592749/ and maybe her mother and sibling who were living in the same street as the Liggett parents http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/reels/nai001592747/

Only children I can see up to 1916 were Maude born 25.7.1910, Samuel born 23.6.1913 and Mary 12.9.1916. Children born after that are not on-line. You need to go to PRONI or GRONI to view them.

Julia in the 1901 census with her parents and siblings:

Julia’s mother in 1911. Note that Julia was one of 11 children, 7 of whom were still alive in 1911.

Wonder if this is same family?

Portadown Times, 15 July 1927: ... Cases against John Joseph Liggett were adjourned...

Portadown Times, 16 Dec.1927: ...in which Mr. &hart Courtney applied for a decree for possession of a house, the defendant named in the summons was Julia Liggett, not Joseph Liggett, as stated. It was, however, Joseph Liggett who appeared. ...

Portadown Times,18 May 1928:
...  for possession was granted. Robert Courtney, West St., was granted possession of a house in Florence Court, occupied by Julia Liggett, the order not to be enforced for three weeks.

Portadown Times, 23 May 1941: Mr. John Joseph Liggett, 6 Florence Court, died on Monday, and was buried on Wednesday in Seagoe cemetery.

LOTS more. inclding some fairly recent articles, if you use Liggett as surname, Florence as keyword and select Armagh for the county-
