The safer way would be to try in log in using your Safari browser in "private" mode. This will just make sure that you login details are correct.

Here is some help on how to do that:

Talking through what I do when I log in to Tribal Pages, the bookmark I have puts me through to my Homepage. In the top right hand corner of the page there is a box, where it is written;Security,Enter Access Code to view private data.Upon clicking on this,a new page comes up where you put in your Access Code to log in.

William thank you also for your input...my prob was that no matter what I did when using my iPad tribalpages wouldn’t recognise my email, just saying invalid email, the app on my phone was working fine with the same email....
Happy Days  :)
Thank you again

Just a thought, do you think it could be an invalid password really, not an invalid email?

It's just a thought, as normally if somebody tried to log in somewhere then the error message is usually "invalid username or password" or "invalid email and password" or "invalid login details". Normally you would not be told if it was an invalid email address.

The other thing worth remembering is that normally when you log in somewhere is that any capitals or lower case letters are seen as totally different for a computer, so make sure they match too.
