Waterman/Huckle

I have a Henry James Huckle Waterman 29 april 1908 harlow essex (I have the birth cert no father)
mother (unmarried) Emily Elizabeth Waterman.
Every time I think I have found the mother it seems I am wrong.(I know she called herself Elizabeth).
I know Henry James dropped the Waterman later.
I cannot work out which is the correct Waterman mum.
Can anyone help please?

Henry James was baptized in St. Mary Magdalene in Harlow on 9th August, 1908, mother Emily Elizabeth, no father listed.
