Cronhelm family (Dublin) / Coates Connections

I am trying to find the connection between William Trelford Coates (1846-1906) (son of William Coates and Susan Trelford) and the Cronhelm family. In the Census of 1901, there was a Mea Cronhelm (born c1890) residing in the household of the above named W T Coates. He states that she was his cousin, though I've been unable to find the link. W T Coates was a Merchant, living in Belfast, whilst Mea's parents, ie: Theodore Cronhelm (1860-1925) and Mary Williams were from Dublin. Can anyone enlighten me as to the connection between these families?

Thanks for pointing out that fact. Theodore Cronhelm (1860-1925), parents were Theodore Cronhelm and Mary Crosbie (she was from Liverpool), whilst his wife. Mary Williams, was the daughter of a Newton Williams. I get the impression that the Coates's are connected somehow through the William's family??

I have just found your question. I am a Cronhelm and checked in my late brother's genealogy book to see if I can help.
According to his research Theodore Cronhelm and Mea Williams had six children. Mea Mathilda Williams born 1890 married George Fraser. She was a Physician in Greystones and Belfast. William Coates born 1894 a sibling. So I am thinking he must have been called after another William Coates perhaps on his mother's side.
