Jim have a breakthrough regarding area  in Co Down.
I found Sarah Cottam(n) in 1901 in household of her sister Rachel Cartmel a widow b. ireland Walton on the hill Lancs.
Then found Sarah in 1911 same location with her daughter Fanny a 21 - Sarah a widow States she was born in RATHFRILAND CO DOWN so now I have a location of origin for the Jacksons hopefully :)
