Yes I'm subscribed to FindMyPast.
Interesting as it lists James and Susannah as parents. Not John.
If I remember correctly on Jessica's childrens GRO records im sure the surname is listed as Barsby/Boresly/Barnly etc so could be a case of variation there.

No record on a James Beaseby but there is a James Barsby bapt 17 Aug 1792 Leicester. Parents Thomas and Elizabeth.
John Barsby lists his bithdate as 1790 and there is also a baptism -
John Barsby Aug 1790 Leicester. Parents Thomas and Elizabeth.

So it would seem John and James are brothers.
Could Rowland possibly be John's Nephew and Not son?

Just thought I would update, It seems that through help on this thread and from elsewhere I think we have cracked who Jessicas father is.
This family is quite complicated as they use name not in normal ways as such, but its as follows.
Jessica 'Barsby' is baptised Jessica Sharp Apr 1819 Leicester, Daughter of John and Mary. Jessica has 3 other full siblings.
Thomas Whittingham Sharp bapt 14 Mar 1815 Leicester
Jane Sharp bapt 14 Oct 1817 Leicester as Sharp but changes to Jane Sharp Barsby when older.
Rowland Barsby 'No bapt found' but living with father John in 1841 as Rowland Sharp although he later changes name to Rowland Sharp Barsby.
Rowland and Jane are living with their father and stepmother and Half Siblings in 1841 under the name Sharp.
It seems Jessica's Parents are John Whittingham Sharp and Mary Barsby. They never Married but baptised children under Sharp although they later change to Barsby.
John is baptised Dec 1789 Melton Mowbray, Leic. Parents Joseph Sharp and Elizabeth Whittingham.
Mary dies in 1826 (Possibly giving birth to Rowland as he states on censuses that he is born abt 1825)
John re marries to Elizabeth Kellett in 1827 listed as a Bachelor and has further children who on their marriage's list their father as John Whittingham Sharp. Only the first set of children revert to the name Barsby.

On Rowlands first marriage he lists his father as Dead (Maybe a family falling out as John doesn't die till 1850) on Rowlands 2nd marriage he lists his father as John Barsby.

Even though they change to Barsby I think they list their father as Barsby as too not come across or show as being Illegitimate and having a different name from their father? Although Why revert from Sharp if they were baptised under that name and their father is Sharp? To Honour their mother? If their parents never married they would have been baptised under the mothers maiden name of Barsby anyway I think, So this could be why they change.
