Anyone able to tell me any parish register information from Cropston marriage

Hi guys, I wondered if anyone had access to the parish register info for a marriage between William Hill and Sarah Jane Freeman in Barrow on Soar district but I think it's Cropston, Dec 1875. Particularly grooms fathers name if possible.

I'm aware I can order the certificates but I'm doing it for a friend as a present for his dad.

Sarah Jane Freeman (x), 22, spinster, domestic Servant.  Father:  William Freeman, Waggoner

Witnesses:  William Freeman (x) and Henrietta Maria Freeman.

Thanks Bumble, Is it possible you could see if they have the John Hill, Eliza Dunmore from 1838 in I think chadwell ( Melton mowbray district), thanks loads.

Problem I have is that there are 2 possible William Hills that married Sarah Jane Freeman. One born 1848 Scalford and one born 1850 Scalford, both fathers John Hill, but the one I think it is, his father was from Wycombe and chadwell so that would suggest to me I've got the correct one, thanks loads.
