Well I am hoping to find their names are William and  Priscilla. Trying to confirm whether he is their child.

John is definitely born Derby and pops up with Eastwood grandparents in Lancashire in 1851 while mother marries as a widow in 1844 in Leicester

There is no July quarter.  The quarters are March, June, September and December.

This one?

EASTWOOD, JOHN
Mother's maiden surname:  WOOD
GRO Reference: 1842  S Quarter in OF THE DERBY UNION
Volume 19  Page 466

There are a few family trees which show an 11 Aug birth date but none have uploaded a birth cert.

Debra  :)

Yes and just checking that John is their son.

I have found William residing in Derbyshire in the 1841 census with who appears to be Priscilla's brother, so all adds to the fact that John is likely to be their son. Just looking for absolute proof
