The further back you go, generally - within the period of civil registration or census for example, but often prior in Parish records,  more records may exist that can be found 'online'.  Always exceptions, of course. Ireland being one of those exceptions......

yes you are correct about Beary
Julia Rose Hallinan's mother is Beary on her birth reg

In that link to the 1911 census, where Bridget Kerr is described as Mother,it will be Mother to the head of House, i.e. the absent husband William Hallinan.

There are several records for a William Hallinan, on Liverpool crew lists, born 1878 from Clonmel (which is around 10 miles from Fethard).

An address in 1910 of 29 Towcester Street, Bootle.
