Arthur Hartley dob 9th March 1864 Blackburn

I'd really like to find the 1871 census entry for Arthur and/or his mother, Mary Ann Hartley. I suspect this MAH may be a daughter of William Hartley & Jane Catterall since in 1881, Arthur is resident in Livesey with his Grandmother, Jane Walmsley previously Hartley ne้ Catterall, but there is no sign of Mary Ann Hartley who was born 23 July 1844 Blackburn, if I have the correct lineage. MAH is in 1851 census but I've yet to find any further trace of her. Any ideas, please?
