http://www.egloshayleparish.org.uk/parish-map I can't see anything remotely like it.
Closest is something like Selley's wood.

What is the full reference for the census?
What addresses are given for the preceding/ following households?
All census look up transcriptions are Crown Copyright http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/

I wonder if it was the name of a street.
In 1881 census:
? ParkHouse
Cellars
Heath Row
Vicarage

It seems to be the name of a row of houses. According to the 1881 Census, Cellars came after Egloshayle Road, West Park Terrace, and before Heath Row then the Vicarage. So it looks as though it was about here on this map https://www.old-maps.co.uk/#/Map/199879/72023/12/100115
Mapstone, Mapston.

Cellars are the name which Cornish people give to their curing houses. http://www.rootschat.com/links/01ljo/

In 1881 census:

It is  West Park House, 106, Egloshayle Road, Wadebridge, Cornwall, PL27 6AG. which is on this map https://www.old-maps.co.uk/#/Map/199854/72047/12/100115 so Cellars is definitely the row of houses to the right.
