Yes.

Problem is - she's a Leicestershire girl who marries twice in Leicestershire, possible son John born in Derbyshire where her first husband was residing in 1841 and he is from Yorkshire but his family moved to Lancashire although the locations close to the borders of each county.

Also checking to see whether John has a baptism in Derbyshire

I assume that you are just trying to save forking out for the Derbyshire birth certificate  :-\

Yes that is correct. I'm 99.9% confident that he is their son - just wanting some proof.

I have sent an email to someone active with a tree with his birth date on him but they have not yet replied. Will try and contact some others but they're not very active with their trees
