Mother is Susannah Laughton / Illegitimate child so no father found.
Birthplace: Holton Le Clay, Lincolnshire England.
Baptism: 24th August 1888 also in Holton Le Clay.
1891 census living in Holton Le Clay, the Louth district. Occupants include older brother John H; mother Susanna; grandparents Henry and Mary Laughton.
After 1891 census recorded, that same year Arthur Laughton (Georges brother) was born.
Mother Susannah died in 1900, which resulted in George being an inmate at the Louth Workhouse with his younger brother Arthur.
On the 1911 census I found George at Blacktoft and Bellasize, Yorkshire; working as a Cowman on Farm. Only assumption for this record is the year and place of birth matching him.
This is as far as I can manage so far, so i'm hoping some kind person can help me locate the remaining facts.
Did he get married, Where and when did he die? I searched immigration and military records, but nothing points to George from Holton Le Clay. I also searched the 1939 register to no avail.
