If anyone has access to the electoral registers for 1939 and 1945, I would be very grateful for any assistance given. I'm hoping that Elizabeth LEWIN is registered at this address.

Electoral Registers were not compiled during WW2.

Have you looked for Elizabeth on 1939 Register?
Howard , Viney , Kingsman, Pain/e, Rainer/ Rayner, Barham, George, Wakeling (Catherine), Vicary (Frederick)   all LDN area/suburbs  Ottley/ MDX,
Henman/ KNT   Gandy/LDN before 1830  Burgess/LDN
Barham/SFK   Rainer/CAN (Toronto) Gillians/CAN  Sturgeon/CAN (Vancouver)
Bailey/LDN Page/KNT   Paling/WA (var)

The free search of the 1939 register reveals Elizabeth "Leven" as one of the occupants of that address.
