1889 diary p5 Who is the present for?
« on: Monday 12 February 18 23:01 GMT (UK) »
I'm struggling to get any surname here. Can you help?

'asking me to give 10/- to X X Xxxxx present'

I can see that the last x may be a possessive s.
I've not cropped the image - that is the page edge.

Thanks for any suggestions.

DavidJP, That is a wonderful reading. It has been over three years since I read it and despite becoming familiar with the hand I have never truly stepped back with a fresh mind.
Thank you.
