Birth record for Sarah Tindley

I'm trying to find a birth record for Sarah Tindley who was born about 1821 and in  censuses gives her birthplace as Lambeth Surrey. She married James Beattie in 1839 and went on to marry John White in 1860. would appreciate any help in finding her birth.

Who does the marriage name as her father

You haven’t given paternal details from her marriages, but on the first (3 July 1839, St Giles in the Fields) her father is named as James Tindley, shoemaker.

She is a minor, of L[ower?] St Andrew St, the same residence as her bridegroom.

One of the witnesses is a John Tindley (the other has signed as Martha Rollongs).
